Terms of sale

They will be strictly applied to all orders and sales of our products by El Rei de la Rajola, SLU, with CIF B-17422296, to natural and legal persons.

Any order made to elreidelarajola.com necessarily implies the essential and determining condition of the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of elreidelarajola.com in force on the day the corresponding order is placed. In addition, the client explicitly acknowledges the acceptance of these purchase conditions, as well as any purchase with a later date, except in cases in which elreidelarajoa.com specifies them in writing therein.

The elreidelarajola.com offers are valid within the limit of available stocks, elredelarajola.com reserves the right to modify the products, depending on the stocks in our warehouses and the production times of our suppliers.

Prices

The prices offered on our website are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT 21%, any change in VAT will be applied to the prices of products for sale at elreidelarajola.com.

Customers with an intra-community or non-community number will be invoiced without VAT with export documentation.

The Customer agrees to pay at the time he places the order.

The relevant shipping costs will be automatically added to each order. These rates will be previously communicated before formalizing the order.

It is very important that in the Sender or Ordering field the reference of the order is indicated, which is also indicated at the end of the purchase.

The purchase order can be printed once it has been formalized. The invoice will be sent to the customer's email address.

Payment methods

To formalize the order and pay the amount by card, a totally secure redirection will be made to our financial institution. Bank details are transferred directly to the bank via branch servers.

Payment by bank transfer, paying the total amount of the order, will be made in the account number that will be indicated at the end of the purchase.

Warranty:

All our products have the guarantee offered by the manufacturer. Damage due to incorrect use, handling or placement of the material, or of materials once placed, or of all materials that are not top quality, are not included in this guarantee. Please contact us for any issues with our products.

Return Policies:

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from elreidelarajola.com within a period of 14 days, which is not a product ordered from the factory or the products of our offer once the stock has ended.

Any item purchased from elreidelarajola.com, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, will be received and examined by our company. Once verified, and if the return is accepted, we will offer you a voucher for the amount, for future purchases.

Before making the return, you must communicate it in writing or by email to elreidelarajola.com.

If you find a defective product or one that does not correspond to the one requested in the order, elreidelarajola.com will bear the costs of the return and new shipment.

Transport service

We manage the transport services for you but they are unrelated to our company, check the goods with the descent, the goods are insured by the transport companies and we do not accept claims after unloading, anomalies due to breakage so that they are valid and we we can claim from the carriers, they must be specified to the driver on the delivery note.

Natural products

Natural products, stones and prefabricated concrete, may vary in their tone, texture, thickness and shape, not being a reason for claiming any of these variations.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.

The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as the acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to this, expressly submitting to the competence of our terms and conditions
