We are proud to offer shipping services throughout Spain and France. Nothing means more to us than providing our customers with good service.


How are the orders sent?

We manage the transport services for you, but they are external to our company.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days of your order, please contact us.

Will my order be shipped in a single package or carrier?

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in separate packages.

Products out of stock

For products out of stock, an additional 10 days must be added to the expected delivery date, since the transport time from the factory must be added.

Is there transportation insurance?

The goods are insured by the transport companies and we do not accept claims after unloading, anomalies due to breakage so that they are valid and we can claim against the carriers, must be specified to the driver on the delivery note.

And customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you and may receive custom fees from customs when they arrive in your country.
