The measurement presented represents the outer square base. Due to the handmade construction (handwork), the weight and measurements are approximate (average)

In the oven construction process, the raw material is used, consisting of a mixture of high-temperature mortars, refractory brick and iron.

No additional chemicals are used in the manufacture, so there is no danger of food contamination of the products made in the oven.

IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE FIRST 3-4 ANNUAL LIGHTINGS, TO MAKE THEM WITH LITTLE CHARCOAL/WOOD DUE TO THE NATURAL EXPANSION OF THE REFLECTARIES AND REFLECTIVE CEMENTS. ALL FURNACES CRACK NATURALLY!
